Normalizing our instincts..

Hey! listen , look at the way she put's herself , it's been a year and yet she hasn't moved on (the so called dramatic bitch) , are you stupid to cry over such tiny things , come on bro I told ya this man ain't what you think he is , I was there for you the whole time and yet you backed out , you know I love you and words aren't everything to describe my love for you , stop being with your ex bro , I should be over all the butterflies but I'm into you ( credit: Paramore), and blah , blah , blah ....


This shit is like a dose that if you try to skip you'll be doomed . Anyways , coming onto today's post, can't we just try to break , this so called norm of " Every good thing ends here".


Rather than trying to avoid your opinion thinking it doesn't fit with the way how things work , let's just bring out how we actually want things to be ..

Stop scrolling and ask yourself : Am I comparing my life/body/success with others or do I follow accounts that make me feel like I need to be someone I'm just not.

Just say a goodbye to those who reach out to you only when they feel like , if they do not reciprocate to your efforts , invalidate your feelings , they don't let you just be yourself..

Stop being sorry for being busy with yourself and owning your time , setting boundaries to yourself , not being your perfect self , ignoring others to make yourself calm.

Going to a therapist should be as normal as going to a doctor when you have a cold ( why there is such a stigma regarding mental health)

" If you still talk to your ex , you are not ready for the next" - like legit shit I've ever heard of , bro , who says being friends with them is like letting your lost feelings make a way to reach them, what if in reality they are just being their own self and help you out like other normal person does ..

I want mental health to be so normalized that even kids can tell their parents if they are feeling mentally ill just like having fever or stomach ache , that school let's you go home if you suffer from a panic attack, that during recovery people would receive get well soon cards like they do incase of a severe injury...

Just "being" is enough rather than tiring yourself out for the correct answers , or how things will work out . The gift of clarity will come when the time is right..

Learn to say no when you know it doesn't seem right , it's okay to not to be okay.

What you do on those days when you don't feel confident? " Pretend , Fake, I mean why not it's either that or cry myself to sleep , who wants to do that , you wake up with puffy eyes next days , it's waste.. ( credit - Rihanna)
